Diane assists individuals and trucking companies of all sizes operate in compliance with Texas Motor Vehicle IRP/IFTA recordkeeping requirements. As Fleet Auditor in TMTC’s record management service, Diane verifies the accuracy of mileage documents and fuel receipts. She compiles mileage data by month and quarter then processes the required monthly or quarterly mileage/fuel tax filings. Diane also instructs drivers in the preparation of individual vehicle mileage records. Diane’s cheery disposition is most appreciated by the clients she assists each day.
